The vineyard writes the wine
Everything in the bottle grew within sight of the winery door. That is a constraint and the whole point: the wine tastes of this hillside and this year, not of a recipe smoothed across bought-in grapes.
Visits are unhurried on purpose. A tasting here is a table, a view of the rows the wine came from, and someone who pruned those vines pouring it.
