A year of pruning, tending and worrying about weather.
2. Harvest
Picked by hand in the cool of the morning, block by block.
3. Make
Fermented and raised plot by plot in the cellar below the terrace.
4. Release
Bottled, rested and released when it is ready, not before.
What you get at each stage
Tastings
Seated flights on the terrace, poured by people who made the wine.
Tours
An hour through vines and cellar, ending where every tour should.
The wine club
Two releases a year, first call on small lots, and no nonsense.
Cellar door sales
The full range, including bottles that never leave the estate.
Private events
The terrace and barrel hall for dinners and celebrations.
